Public Speaking
Instructor: Jessica Wang (Mason High School student)
Grade level: 5-8
Class size: 5-10

Jessica Wang is a junior at Mason High School and is the president of Mock Trial, the captain of the Empire Mock Trial team, and the president of poetry club. She participated in ACAMIS Public Forum Debate from 6th-8th grade in Beijing. In 8th grade she took 5th place at the global round of the World Scholar's Cup, part of which contained a team impromptu debate section, and represented Iran in Model United Nations in Beijing. In freshman year she placed 5th at the Yale Tournament of Champions round for World Scholar's Cup; in sophomore year her Mock Trial team was District Champion.

Just to remind, this class is different than the current SpeakUp class coached by Hao Cong. Public speaking Class targets 5th grader or older. Speakup Class targets student that is 4th grader or younger.

Please see attached flier for both classes.
